Installation and Operation
Troubleshooting Steps :
Short working time
The battery is not fully charged. Install the solar light in an area where it can receive the maximum amount of full, direct sunlight.
Not working at night
1. The installation location is too close to other light source. Relocate the solar light or keep it away from the other light sources.
2. The light is still not lighting up, please reset the battery or allow at least 3 days and nights of charging and discharging for the battery to charge to its full capacity.
This is a solar light, which works as follows:
The charging speed depends on the intensity of direct sunlight falling on the solar panel throughout the day. During rainy days, the charging speed reduces.
This light works automatically. During the day, once the sunlight hits the solar panel, the light switches off and starts charging. During the night, if there is no other light falling on the solar panel, this light turns on.
The backup of the light depends on the sunlight intensity. The light will charge differently in different areas. If the battery is not fully charged, the light backup will be less.
This solar light switches on only when there is no other source of light close to this. For example, if there is a bright street light nearby or if any other light is hitting the solar panel, the light will not work.
This is a solar garden light and for the light to work, the solar panel needs direct sunlight for a minimum of 8 hours during the day. If there is even a little shade falling on the solar panel by some branches or tree, the light will not fully charge.
After receiving the product, please install it within a week for the battery to charge, if the light is kept without installing for too long the battery might drain off fully and need to keep the sunlight under direct sunlight for at least 8 hours. If battery is drained more, the light would need 2 days direct sunlight to charge and work properly.
