Troubleshooting
Short working time
1. The battery is not fully charged. Install the solar light in an area where it can receive the maximum amount of full, direct sunlight.
2. Please press PIR button in Remote, as a timer mode might have been enabled. press the PIR button and let the light charge for 1 full day.
3. If 3H,5H & 8H buttons are pressed, the light will light up only for 3 Hours, 5 Hours & 8 Hours respectively and switch off completely and will only turn on the very next day evening once its charged.
Not working at night
1. The installation location is too close to other light source. Relocate the solar light or keep it away from the other light sources.
2. The light is still not lighting up, please let it charge for at least 2 full days, make sure a RED light is coming from inside the Motion sensor indicating that the light is charging.
Automatic On and Off functionality with 100% brightness at the beginning, When no motion is detected, illumination reduces to 30% when there is no movement. When motion is detected, the brightness goes to 100% for 30 seconds, then switches automatically to 30% brightness in the absence of any activity and stays at 30% until movement is detected again.
